Federal, state and local authorities have cleared the Tahlequah High School campus after a bomb threat was discovered on a note Monday afternoon.
Police, fire, EMS and emergency management personnel were on the scene several hours at Tahlequah High School..
Superintendent Lisa Presley said a note containing the threat was left at the school sometime after 3:10 p.m., when the school day ended Monday. Presley said everyone who remained on campus was evacuated.
Students who were left at school when the threat was made were mostly those who participate in the Boys & Girls Club program, and they were being moved to the nearby middle school at about 4:30 p.m., Presley said.
Classes were set as normally scheduled for Tuesday.
