Crews search for Adams

TAHLEQUAH — The search for Stephan Adams, missing since 2004, continues today.

Digging has started at one of two spots near Horseshoe Bend Road. Media and others are not being allowed at the scene, but we're told crews have removed several feet of soil in one area and have found nothing unusual.

Radar on Thursday indicated that a possible anomaly could be 6 feet or more below the surface. Crews will continue digging throughout the day in hopes of finding the remains of Adams.
