Red Cross slates dueling piano fundraiser Saturday

ENID, Okla. — Cimarron Valley Chapter of American Red Cross is putting the finishing touches on its annual dueling piano fundraising event planned for Saturday.

The event will be 6-10:30 p.m. at Enid Event Center.

“All Red Cross disasters services are free thanks to our wonderful donors locally and across the country,” Cimarron Valley Executive Director Robin A. Pokorny said. “Our volunteers are ready to respond 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to use these donated funds to help provide comfort and hope to those impacted by disasters.”

This year’s event features an all-new program with entertainers Dan and Noel from Dueling Pianos International. They play everything from classic rock, country, R&B and top 40. Dan and Noel will not make all the musical selections, and the audience is encouraged to shout out requests, Pokorny said.

“We hope you will come out and join in the fun,” she said.

Tickets for the event are $60 per person and must be purchased prior to the event. Companies or individuals also can purchase reserve sponsorship tables of eight starting at $800. For information, call Pokorny at (580) 237-5994 or email robin.pokorny@redcross.org.

Ivory sponsors for the event are Williams Broadcasting, St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center and K.C. Electric. Keyboard sponsors are OG&E, Black Instruments/Mike and Kathi Black, Kalamar Inc., GEFCO, Enel Green Power North America and Integris Bass Baptist Health Center.
