Northeastern State University’s American Indian Heritage Committee will hold its annual silent auction fundraiser and Indian taco luncheon on Tuesday, March 11, on the second floor of the NSU University Center Ballroom.
Both the luncheon and auction will begin at 11 a.m.
Parking attendants will be available to direct off-campus guests to reserved visitor parking spaces south of the UC during the event.
The Indian taco luncheon is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and is $8 per serving.
No carry-outs are permitted on the luncheon.
The silent auction is from 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and will feature artwork, jewelry, float trips, and more.
Admission to the display area is free of charge.
Bids open at 11 a.m. and winning bid items can be picked up after 5:30 p.m.
All proceeds from this event will benefit the 42nd Annual Symposium on the American Indian scheduled April 7-12, as well as the 5K Resilience Run and the 2014 NSU Powwow on April 11-12.
