Humane Society to host spay/neuter clinic

TAHLEQUAH — The Humane Society of Cherokee County will be holding a Spay and Neuter Clinic for all cats, and for male and female dogs that weigh 30 pounds or less, on Sunday, July 13.

All pet owners must live in Cherokee County and have a total annual household income of $25,000 or less (this amount must include monies received by every person living in the household). The cost to have an animal spayed or neutered is based on a sliding scale.

To schedule a pet, call the HSCC message phone at 918-457-7997 and leave a message with a name and phone number.

The payment for the clinic must be taken to the Resale Shop after the appointment has been scheduled and before the day of the clinic. The Resale Shop is at 17736 S. Muskogee Ave., and is open Tuesday–Saturday 12:30–4:30 p.m.
