Tahlequah Community Playhouse Inc. will present the third play of its 40th season, “Don’t Mention My Name,” Feb. 14-16, 2014 and Feb. 21-23, at the Armory Municipal Center Auditorium, 100 Water Ave.
It was written by Fred Carmichael, and directed by Craig Clifford and David VanDonkelaar.
The play opens when the leading man, who suffers from temporary amnesia, stumbles into a bed and breakfast off season, only to find that he was expected for the weekend.
Tickets are $25 for dinner and the show and $15 for show-only tickets. Doors open and dinner is served at 6:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 1 p.m. Sundays. The play begins one hour after dinner. Reservations for dinner theater must be made by Tuesday, at 4 p.m., for that weekend’s performance. Special meal requirements must be made in advance.
A special Sweetheart Valentine’s package is available the first weekend of the play for an extra $25, and includes a special table for two, champagne, candy and flowers. Season ticket holders can upgrade.
