Editor, Daily Press:
The city council is still deciding on a raise for our elected city officials. In the meantime, our police officers are working two in a patrol car because their gas allowance is gone.
Think about this, folks, when it’s time for re-election: Let’s put someone in office who is happy with the pay that comes with the job and promote officers who deserve a promotion.
