Help keep our area clean

TAHLEQUAH — Editor, Daily Press:

Tahlequah is in a beautification phase. The Tahlequah Public Library is being remodeled. Main Street has new side walks, and Norris Park is beautiful.

A few weeks ago, I returned a book to the library. As I was leaving, I noticed someone had emptied their ash tray onto the parking lot, leaving 20-30 butts for everyone to see and someone else to clean up.

Those with camera phones, when you see people disrespecting our beautiful town and public areas, please take a picture of them and the crime they have committed. Post it out into the worldwide web so everyone can look at this person like they do other criminals.

We can make a difference by embarrising those into change.
