Thankful for NSU students’ aid

TAHLEQUAH — Editor, Daily Press:

On Saturday, March 29, several students, from Northeastern State University, volunteered to spend their day working in my yard. It was not an easy task; however, the ladies from Alpha Omicron Pi Women’s Fraternity and players from NSU’s Football Program graciously accepted the challenge.

After counting more than 60 lawn-size trash bags, my yard was hardly recognizable. It was wonderful to see how gorgeous my yard looked after such hard work and dedication. I’d like to thank each student for taking the time to give back to the Tahlequah Community.
