Kudos to the City Council

TAHLEQUAH — Editor, Daily Press:

Our elected officials showed wise judgment at [last] Monday’s City Council meeting. They chose individualism over collectivism. Their actions were in favor of the individual not being forcibly sacrificed for the good of the state.

Let us hope this philosophy is maintained, as there are greedy money grabs of our taxpayer money soon to be on the council’s agenda. Now is the time to be vigilant, my fellow citizens.
