Tahlequah police jailed a pair of 18-year-old men after they allegedly broke into The Castle on North College Avenue Wednesday.
Reserve Officer Stephan Hamby went to the building and found evidence intruders had been inside. He seized the property left behind by the suspects, along with an identification, Social Security card and other items. He then left a note for the suspects, stating their property was at the police department, and they could claim it by reporting to the PD.
Eric Wayne Murray and Randy Charles Crowe showed up later at the police department to claim the property and were arrested for breaking and entering. They were transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center and booked.
