Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Saturday after he allegedly urinated in a convenience store parking lot.
Ernest Dale Billups, 36, was arrested at a convenience store on Clear Creek Road, west of Hulbert city limits. Deputies responded to a call of a man who urinated next to a car in the parking lot. He then allegedly got into the vehicle, which was not his, and refused to get out.
When deputies arrived, they found Billups walking north on the road. He smelled of alcohol, and allegedly admitted to drinking “at least” a six-pack of beer, according to the report.
