TULLAHASSEE – Two Tullahassee residents were jailed last Friday as a result of an ongoing investigation into the alleged illegal distribution of controlled drugs.
Herbert Lee Moore III, 22, and a 17-year-old boy were arrested when District 27 drug task force agents, Muskogee police and Wagoner County sheriff’s deputies teamed to serve a search warrant on a Tullahassee home. Undercover purchases were made during the probe.
Substances appearing to be marijuana and cocaine were found inside the residence along with an undisclosed amount of money.
Moore was booked on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of cocaine. His bond is set at $25,000.
The teenager was detained in a juvenile detention center after a court order was issued and he faces three counts of unlawful delivery of marijuana.
