TAHLEQUAH — A Cherokee County family is asking for the public’s help in locating a 17-year-old boy missing since March 30.

Brikk A. Pritchett was last seen March 30 at about 10 or 11 a.m. near 923 Road, in the Burnt Cabin area. Pritchett may have been wearing jeans or black shorts and a red shirt at the time.

Pritchett turned 17 on March 31. He is described as an American Indian teen standing 5-foot-9 and weighing 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and brown hair.

Family members filed a report with the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office last week. Anyone who knows where Pritchett is located is asked to call the sheriff’s office at (918) 456-2583.
