Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers say a 37-year-old Hulbert woman was injured Tuesday evening in a Mayes County crash.
Tonya Johnson was driving a 2000 Hyundai Tiburon west of Pryor when the vehicle struck a deer in the road.
Troopers said Johnson was pinned in the vehicle for about 10 minutes and was freed by the Osage Fire Department.
She was then transported by medical helicopter to a Tulsa hospital and listed in stable condition with external injuries.
According to troopers, the passengers in the vehicle - 67-year-old Buddy Spradun and two 11-year-olds, all of Hulbert – escaped injury.
All four were wearing their seat belts when the car struck the deer, troopers said.
