A Hulbert man was taken to a Tulsa hospital Sunday morning after a crash near Shady Grove Road.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Jacob Adair, 30, was driving a 1997 Ford Explorer on 430 Road at about 6:25 a.m. when the vehicle left the road for an unknown reason and struck a utility pole.
Adair was taken to St. Johns Hospital and admitted in critical condition with head, trunk internal and external injuries.
Adair’s condition before the crash, and the cause of the collision, is under investigation, the OHP said. Troopers said Adair was not wearing a seat belt.
