A plea agreement has been extended to a Tahlequah man accused of forcible sodomy, second-degree rape, and lewd or indecent acts to a child.
Court records show Brandt Tschirhart, 19, has pleaded not guilty to the charges and is set to appear in court Jan. 7, 2013, at 9 a.m. in front of Associate District Judge Mark Dobbins.
Tschirhart was arrested Sept. 7, 2012, and released on a $30,000 bond. Investigators allege Tschirhart began communicating with a 13-year-old girl last June and later began asking the girl for sex. At some point, Tschirhart allegedly went to the girl’s home but told her via text message that he had left when the girl refused to go outside.
Investigators said the girl then went outside to check, and Tschirhart “came from out of nowhere” and forced himself upon the girl.
