TAHLEQUAH — One man is jailed and another has been released on bond after an alleged shooting incident at Fox Trailer Park.

Marco Antonio Gonzales, 19, of Park Hill, is free on a $50,000 bond on possible charges of shooting with intent to kill.

Jose Angel Orozco-Belmonte, 23, of Tahlequah, remained in jail Wednesday with a $25,000 bond. He is accused of being an accessory in the shooting.

According to Tahlequah Police Sgt. Jason Girdner, Gonzales brandished a shotgun and shot out the back window of Francisco Reyes’ vehicle Friday night near Fox Street.

Police said Reyes’ vehicle had multiple dents believed to have been caused by a birdshot shotgun round.

Gonzales and Orozco-Belmonte were later spotted at a trailer park on 523 Road.

Girdner said the spent round was found outside the suspects’ vehicle, near the passenger door. The weapon was found inside an abandoned trailer.
