PARK HILL — Prosecutors have formally charged a Park Hill man who allegedly permitted young partygoers to drink alcohol at an event where he also is accused of exposing himself.

Austin Maize, 21, is charged with a felony count of indecent exposure and a misdemeanor count of permitting invitees under 21 to possess or consume alcohol.

Maize is free on a $10,000 bond.

Witnesses claim Maize hosted a party in January and allowed an 18-year-old woman to drink alcohol. That woman later became ill and passed out on a couch.

According to witnesses, Maize was urged by friends to “teabag,” or place his testicles on the unconscious woman. Maize allegedly unzipped his pants and committed the act.

Maize later claimed to deputies he exposed himself at the party, but denied placing his privates on the woman.

According to an arrest report, Maize also admitted he was drunk and blacked out at the gathering, and friends later told him about what had happened.
