They’re baaack! Those pesky egrets have grabbed their lunch pails and are heading back to their summer jobs, patroling the pastures for bugs. The birds themselves may be the rancher’s friend, but egret rookeries pose problems for area residents. Staff Writer Josh Newton explores ways to ease the problem without violating the law.
