TAHLEQUAH — Remember that "wood chipper" that was at the center of the city's controversy a few years ago over brush removal? Josh Newton has a very interesting story in Friday's Press explaining how this expensive piece of equipment may have been abused by certain city employees – a move that cost the city thousands of dollars in repairs.
