Price lands All-Region accolade

CORAL SPRINGS, Fla. – Baylee Price was named to the 2013-14 Women’s Golf Coaches Association All-Central Region First Team, the WGCA recently announced.

The Broken Arrow, Okla., native was the only true freshman on the team and continues to earn accolades during her first collegiate campaign. She was also honored as the MIAA Freshman of the Year after winning the 2014 MIAA Championship.

She posted a stroke average of 77.1 this season and earned 10 top-15 finishes. She landed in the top 10 eight times and won two tournaments. She tied for fourth at the NCAA Central Super Regional and recently tied for 23rd at the NCAA Championship.

Price was recognized at the WGCA Division II Awards Banquet held in Conover, N. C., along with the other award winners.
