TAHLEQUAH — TAHLEQUAH – Services for Carol Lynn Grant, 65, of Tahlequah, will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Aug. 17, at Green Country Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother George Harris officiating.

Cremation will follow under the care of Green Country Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at tahlequahfuneral.com.

Lynn was born Oct. 5, 1947, in Muskogee, to George and Earldean (Walters) Moore. She passed away in Muskogee on Aug. 13, 2013.

A lifelong resident of Oklahoma, Lynn was a graduate of Fort Gibson High School. She married Michael Grant on March 19, 1991, and for greater than 20 years she had worked at Tahlequah Public Works in customer service. Lynn enjoyed attending her children’s ball games, gardening, and spending time with her family at the lake and pool.

Lynn is preceded in death by her parents, George Moore and Earldean Bull.

She is survived by her husband, Michael Grant of the home; son Joseph Landers and wife, Becky, of Muskogee; daughter Stephanie Hutchens and husband, Thad, of Muskogee; son Jeremy Landers and wife, Dee, of Fort Gibson; stepchildren Anja Remington, Devin Grant, Trisha Johnston, and Chris Grant; five grandchildren, Derek Landers, Cole Hutchens, Connor Landers, Dallis Landers, and Brooklyn Landers; stepdad, Bill Bull of Muskogee; brothers Roger Bull of Muskogee, George Moore, Mark Moore, and Bob Moore, all of Edmond; sister Dena Leach and husband, Ronald, of Fort Gibson; mother-in-law Helen Grant; and many nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and loved ones.
