TAHLEQUAH — Services for Troy Isaac Bradley will be held at 10 a.m., Thursday, Oct. 3, 2013, at Green Country Funeral Home.

Those serving as pallbearers are Levi Bradley, Hunter Bradley, Holdan Bradley, Jason Bradley, J.R. Nance, and Matt Bowman. Honorary pallbearers are Darrell Lancaster, Steve Bradley, Paul Bradley and Phil Bradley.

Interment will follow in the Fort Gibson National Cemetery under the care of Green Country Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at tahlequahfuneral.com.

Troy Isaac Bradley was born in Pryor, Oklahoma, on April 13, 1931, to Elisha "EC" Clayburn Bradley and Mary Louise (Ables) Bradley. Troy passed away in Tulsa, on Sept. 29, 2013, at the age of 82.

Troy grew up in Pryor and attended school there. He played basketball and football for Pryor High School and graduated there in 1950.

Following graduation, Troy enlisted in the US Navy, where he served aboard a mine sweeper. Troy received the Service Medal of Appreciation for his time in Korea. After returning home, he worked at Meadow Gold as a home delivery man, and later opened his own catering business in Tulsa.

Troy was a kind and generous man who would have given the shirt off his back to anyone who needed it.

Troy’s passion was spreading the word of God, and bringing people to the Lord. He began several churches in different states, and spent 43 years pastoring in several of the churches.

Troy is preceded in death by his parents; a grandson, Hallex Bradley; seven siblings; and son in law, Jim Gee.

He is survived by his children, Dennis Bradley and Beverly of Silver City, Daniel Bradley and Tami of Sand Springs, Dawn Smith and Richard also of Sand Springs, and Donna Gee of Sapulpa, 13 grandchildren, Jason Bradley and Melondy, Micalea Montgomery and Kirk, Clinton Bradley, Levi Bradley, Angie Nance and J.R., Matthew Bowman, Chad Smith and Meghan, Lea Smith and Blake Horeton, Hunter Bradley, Holdan Bradley, Haston Bradley, Hudson Bradley and Hallye Bradley; 11 great-grandchildren; and numerous extended family members, friends and loved ones.
