TAHLEQUAH — Services for Paul Anthony Blevins Jr., of Tahlequah, are Wednesday, June 19, at 2 p.m., at Green Country Funeral Home, with Rev. Davie Ketcher officiating.

Serving as pallbearers are: Moe Brown, Kevin Tieu, Chris Gage, Josh Ashley, Michael Blevins and Brandon Kiser. Honorary pallbearers are: James Miggins, Donavon Hitchcock, Jessie Cotter and Dakota James.

Interment will follow in the White Oak Cemetery at Qualls under the care of Green Country Funeral Home. Online condolences may be left at tahlequahfuneral.com.

Paul Anthony Blevins Jr. was born Nov. 19, 1993, in Tahlequah, to Paul Blevins Sr. and Darlene (Lawhorn) Blevins. He died June 15, 2013, at the age of 19.

Paul attended school at Cherokee Elementary and was a 2012 graduate of Tahlequah High School. During his time at THS, he participated in cross country and helped win the 5A Regional Championship. Following graduation, Paul entered Talking Leaves Job Corps training to become a medical assistant.

Paul enjoyed swimming, fishing, listening to his music, walking around NSU, and four wheeling.

He liked to laugh and joke around and play pranks on his friends, and he was always happy.

Paul is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leroy and Patricia Blevins; an uncle, Bruce Blevins; and aunt, Brenda Reynolds.

He is survived by his parents, Paul and Darlene Blevins; sister, Ashley Kiser and husband Brandon of Park Hill; and brother, Michael Blevins of Tahlequah; maternal grandparents, Henry and Linda Lawhorn of Huntsville, Ark.; and uncle, Jeff Blevins of Port Lavaca, Texas; as well as many other friends and loved ones.
