Published June 19, 2009 11:40 am - June 19, 2009 Sheriff's Beat Non-custodial parent won’t give back kids Brandy Evans reported to the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office that the father of her children will not return her children to her. Shonda Clark reported to deputies that her ex-husband is refusing to return her children to her after a weekend visit. Patricia Flourney reported a fight between her foster children. She also reported a breaking and entering. Sabrina Drain reported to deputies that her 7-year-old was attacked by a white pit bull. The dog was reportedly on it’s own property at the time of the attack. Josette Olivia Koger of Hulbert reported harassing phone calls to the sheriff’s department Tuesday. Charlene Cobell reported a runaway Wednesday. David Roy Falk reported his wife’s wedding band and heart pendent were missing from the home while away for a walk. Upon their return, he reported that his back door was cracked.
