Police report for Thursday, June 19

Tahlequah police arrested two people Wednesday morning for DUI.
Elsa Fraser, 24, allegedly drove through Ross Park and into the creek at 5:37 a.m. She was booked for DUI by Lt. Clint Keys.
William H. Tucker, 21, was booked by Officer Sam Jackson after being stopped at Seminary and York shortly before 2 a.m.
Officers arrested a local woman late Monday for DUI after she was involved in a crash. Tera B. Windham, 32, was booked for DUI drugs. A report by Officer Tony Aguilar states he was dispatched to a crash near Monroe and Muskogee. He saw that a blue Ford Explorer had hit the guard rail on the bridge. Aguilar’s report states Windham was incoherent and said she was on medication. She allegedly told officers she took two Ativan pills at 9 p.m., about two hours before the crash.
Officers took a harassing phone calls report last Wednesday from Isabel Baker.
Darlene Sanders said Monday someone took her pit bulldog from 114 Goingsnake. The missing dog is a female, 2-3 months old, with a white mask. Her name is Bash.
On Sunday, Bernard Jackson said two basset hounds were taken from 303 Minor, where Jackson was house-sitting for a friend. One dog is black and white; the other is brown and white. Each weighs about 50 pounds.
Timothy Poyner, 30, was arrested Friday after allegedly taking a swimming pool at Wal-Mart without paying.
Sherry Martin filed a report Sunday, alleging her car radio was removed from her vehicle.
Stacey Matlock called police Sunday after seeing the passenger side tires on her 2006 Hummer were cut. The suspect was seen running from the United Keetoowah Band casino parking lot toward Wal-Mart.
Jay Sugg and Stephen Hopkins told officers Sunday morning they were assaulted at Whiskey Jim’s. Officers were dispatched to Tahlequah City Hospital, where Sugg and Hopkins wound up after two men allegedly approached them at Whiskey Jim’s and asked if they were “tough.” Security personnel at the club broke up the fight after Hopkins was hit in the chest. Reports state Sugg had several red marks and swollen areas on his face. Hopkins, who has heart problems, said he was hit in the chest, causing his defibulator to shock him to bring his heart rate to a normal pace. He was taken to Oklahoma City to see a specialist.
Mark A. Davis Jr., 19, was arrested last Thursday for shoplifting after allegedly taking meat and other items.
Brittany Falling said an intruder took cash from her residence.
Christopher Haws spoke with officers Friday about being threatened by a man with a knife at Town Branch Eatery.
Michelle Rogers said Friday her purse was taken from her cousin’s home.
Jennie Ritter Duck was arrested Saturday for domestic abuse after allegedly hitting her daughter, Cornelia Ritter, in the forehead with a full bottle of Budweiser. Cornelia had a large cut on her forehead and was treated at a local hospital.
Armando Romero, 18, was booked Tuesday morning by Officer Jeff Phillips for DUI, driving under suspension and a city complaint. Prior to his arrest, Romero allegedly unzipped his pants inside Green Country Cinema and urinated on the wall and floor.
Tomas Herrerra filed a report Monday, indicating an intruder broke the front door at El Charro and took change from the candy machine.
Jon Ide, 21, was booked Tuesday morning by Officer Sam Jackson for DUI.
