— A Tahlequah man alleges he was physically assaulted Tuesday by a group of men.
Jermell Combs told officers he was attacked by approximately six people, three of whom he knew. They allegedly used a chain, sticks, hands and feet.
Neal Rousey filed a report Wednesday, alleging a theft of tools from a shop building.
Allison Thomas said Wednesday someone used her Stage credit card without permission.
Suzan Morang spoke to police Wednesday about check fraud.
Cordia Barnes said Wednesday a miscreant has been calling her and making threats to her and her daughter. The suspect allegedly says he’s going to whip them with an extension cord.
Gene Carter told police Wednesday he had a refrigerator and stove in the front yard of a property he’s renovating, and but a thief took the items.
Officer Clay Mahaney on Thursday arrested Bradley Kirtley, 25, for DUI after watching the suspect’s vehicle cross the center line several times and noticing the car had an expired tag.
Traci Jordan spoke with officers Wednesday about threatening text messages her daughter is receiving.
Dr. Brian Rader told police Wednesday vandals had egged his car.
The clerk at Super Mart filed a report Wednesday, alleging a young man came in the store to use the restroom and took a 30-pack of Budweiser from the cooler after he returned to the main part of the store. The suspect left without paying for the beer. He is a slim American Indian or Hispanic, weighing about 150 pounds, with short, black hair. He was wearing a red cap, oversized white, sleeveless shirt, red shorts and tennis shoes.
