Published August 28, 2008 10:41 am - A Tahlequah man was arrested for drunken driving after officers observed him driving with an expired tag Monday. Police report for Thursday, Aug. 28 TAHLEQUAH DAILY PRESS — A Tahlequah man was arrested for drunken driving after officers observed him driving with an expired tag Monday. Sgt. Randy Tanner arrested Michael Robertson, 38, for DUI, transporting an open container and taxes due state. He was driving at Downing and East, and told Tanner he had consumed about four beers. There was an open 12-pack on the front seat. Lori Riggs called police to report a protective order violation Tuesday. Allen Godby filed a report Tuesday, saying her mower was stolen. Jessa Sweney said last Thursday that someone took property from her vehicle. Roger Dufur, 55, was arrested by Officer Sam Jackson for DUI after Dufur nearly hit a parked vehicle at College and Downing.
