Theft reported

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies took a theft report Tuesday.

Jennifer Conrad said her purse was taken along with medication, her identification, and her children’s identification.

Shawna Grigsby spoke with deputies Tuesday after a man knocked the window out of her car and damaged the vehicle.

Employees of Houston Heat & Air reported an attempted break-in Tuesday after discovering that a gate’s locking mechanism there had been broken.

Albert Cunningham told deputies this week he was bitten by a dog while he was greeting the dog’s owner.
