Drugs, paraphernalia net arrest

TAHLEQUAH — Police arrested a Rocky Ford man early Wednesday morning after finding him in possession of illegal narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Trae A. Clouse, 23, was booked into jail for possession of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled dangerous substance without a valid prescription.

Tahlequah Officer Skylar Green found Clouse in front of the Wolf Run Apartments on Seminary Avenue at around 12:10 a.m. Wednesday. Clouse allegedly became “anxious” and admitted he had a syringe in a front pocket and a bag of “ice” in his back pocket.

Green said he found the syringe; the crystal-like substance in Clouse’s wallet; and some pills that were not with a prescription.
