Sheriff's Beat: Kool-Aid dispute leads to arrest

TAHLEQUAH — Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a 20-year-old woman who allegedly got into an argument with a 15-year-old over Kool-Aid.

Tiffany Ann Washington, 20, of Cookson, was booked for domestic assault on a minor and obstruction. Deputies said Washington refused to get into a patrol vehicle after she was arrested, and resisted officers. Witnesses said the argument apparently involved Kool-Aid and a hide-a-bed.

In other matters, Macy Danette Moseley, 24, of Tahlequah, was arrested Sunday for aggravated driving under the influence. Moseley allegedly had a breath-alcohol content of .17 after she was arrested.
