Police arrest two on disturbance reports


TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police this week arrested two people on disturbance complaints.

Kevin T. Blum, 18, and Brandon D. McGregor, 18, both of Tahlequah, allegedly disturbed the peace of Aariel Shaw and her husband, Daylan Shaw.

Tyler Mouse, 26, of Sand Springs, was arrested last week when police were asked to check on a man who was slumped over inside a truck at Walmart. Mouse was booked into jail for obstruction, public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Serina Walker told police Tuesday a man broke out a house window on Wilson and drove off in a vehicle. Officers later arrested Patrick W. McHenry, 20, of Tahlequah.

Officers filed a report this week after a juvenile was ordered to be taken to the Cherokee County Detention Center. Police said the boy had been arrested three times in one night.

Walmart employees told police Monday a man and woman shoplifted several items from the store. The man fled on foot and the woman in a vehicle.

Walmart employees told police Monday they had detained two juveniles for shoplifting.
