In other matters, deputies arrested Julia M. Byrd, 21, of Tulsa, for driving under the influence and possession of drug paraphernalia Sunday. Byrd was pulled over for allegedly failing to stop at a stop sign. She admitted to deputies she had consumed four beers and a shot of Jack Daniels, deputies said.
