Vandalism sparks arrest

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man Friday after he allegedly vandalized part of the emergency room at W.W. Hastings Hospital.

Timothy S. Barr, 29, of Tahlequah, was arrested for destruction of government property. Police said Barr put his fist through the wall at the hospital.

Raul Prado, 26, of Stilwell, was arrested last week on charges of embezzling from O’Reilly Auto Parts.

Racheal Acuff-Mulholland spoke to police Friday about an assault.

Kimberly Fields spoke to police Thursday about a stolen cell phone that was later sold to a local business.

John Vannote told police Sunday about an assault.

Kendall Kilpatrick reported stolen checks that were later used at Reasor’s.

Jordan Newlin reported a cell phone stolen Friday.

Lora Fairfield called police last week and said some gaming systems were stolen, and the electronics were later found at two local businesses.

Donna Milam filed a harassment report Sunday.

Sherman Shatwell told police Sunday someone let the air out of his vehicle’s tires.

Alecia Gonzalez reported her windows shattered while it was parked on Cherokee Avenue last week.

Heaven Braddy told police Friday she was assaulted at a park by her ex-boyfriend.

Reasor’s filed a report Sunday about a shoplifter.

Patricia Flournoy filed a fraud report last week.
