Area man jailed for outstanding warrants


TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested an area man for warrants Sunday at the Burger King parking lot.

Harvey F. Chase III, 58, of Tahlequah, was also booked for possession of controlled dangerous substance and taking contraband into a jail facility.

Tahlequah police on Monday arrested a juvenile for public intoxication.

Sonia Nava reported a disturbance Saturday.

Sheri Cantero spoke to police Saturday about her vehicle being vandalized.

Employees at 4G Welding spoke to officers Monday after a bottle of nitrous oxide was discovered several feet away from the truck onto which it had been loaded. The employees said the bottle was empty.

Michael May reported the theft of tire and wheel last week.

Dylan Rose told police he was assaulted Sunday.

Employees at Walmart filed a theft report Monday.

Della Davis spoke to officers Sunday about her vehicle’s being burglarized.

Regina Revis reported her vehicle being broke into while it was parked at a friend’s house last week. Revis said her cash, medication and keys were stolen.

Dana Moses reported a theft of medications Monday.
