Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Sperry man Friday after he allegedly ran off the road while driving drunk.
Blake Lane Teel, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence while under the age of 21. Witnesses reported a truck had gone off the road and was stuck in a ditch. Michael Slape told deputies that three children threw rocks at a piece of heavy equipment and broke several windows, along with a vent cover.
