TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police are investigating unauthorized use of a business’ checking account.

Debra Ailey told officers last week that checks from Beauty Technical College in Tahlequah have been used approximately 27 times for a total of nearly $9,000.

In other matters, police arrested Misha Wilson, 18, and Laura Rivas, 18, both of Tahlequah, for shoplifting at Walmart Thursday.
