Police Beat: Pair caught shoplifting

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police say two Wagoner women were arrested Sunday afternoon when they were allegedly caught shoplifting.

Scarlet Alexander, 50, and Patricia Phelps, 31, allegedly shoplifted from Wal-Mart.

Pamela G. Clark, 52, of Tahlequah, was arrested over the weekend for public intoxication.

Shanica Dodd, 22, of Westville, was arrested last week for driving under the influence.

Breanna Shepherd filed a threats report Friday.

Employees of AT&T filed a report last week after a phone box was hit and damaged by a vehicle.

Dana O’Dell filed a fraud report Thursday.

Nyleve Rinehart reported being harassed and threatened last week.

Patti Green, 39, was arrested for shoplifting at Wal-Mart.

Kasey Comer reported reported the violation of a protective order.
