A Tahlequah woman has been sentenced to five years of probation for using her vehicle to ram another vehicle last August.
Marsha Renee Wright, 29, was accused of assault with a dangerous weapon with intent to do bodily harm in Indian Country, a violation of federal law.
Aside from the five years of probation, Wright was also ordered to pay $5,100 in restitution.
Charges against Wright were a result of an investigation by the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Wright was indicted last September and pleaded guilty in November.
