Police Beat: Alcohol brings down pair

TAHLEQUAH — Two people were arrested early Thursday morning after Tahlequah police stopped a vehicle for a defective tag light near Downing and the bypass.

Dennis L. Henke, 62, of Tahlequah, was arrested for driving under the influence, and Kimberly A. Blair, 46, of Bunch, was booked for public intoxication.

Michelle Angel filed a report last week when a guitar and medication were stolen from her vehicle while it was at Wal-Mart.

Aaron Dorsch reported the theft of medication this week.

Leonard Wilkins told police recently about an air conditioner being stolen.
