Police Beat: Local man arrested after disturbance

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a local man Saturday after a disturbance at River City Inn.

Christopher Randolph, 41, was booked into the Cherokee County Detention Center for first-degree burglary, assault with a dangerous weapon, and being in actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

Micah L. Brown, 22, of Tahlequah, was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence.

Tiffany M. Murphy, 25, of Oklahoma City, was arrested Saturday for actual physical control.

Jennifer Johnson, 30, and Richard Burney, 36, both of Tahlequah, were arrested Friday afternoon for domestic assault and battery.

Gregory Laster, 33, of Tahlequah, was arrested Friday after allegedly concealing men’s clothing inside his pants and leaving Wal-Mart without paying.

Officers spoke with Joe Coffee over the weekend about the theft of a car that had been loaned to a man.

Lacey Ellis reported her wallet stolen Saturday.

Courtney Creel told police Friday that some lawn chairs were stolen.

Jamie Macdonald told police last week that a man entered her apartment and threw rocks through the windows.

Cleo Gomez spoke with police Monday morning about a domestic dispute.

William Ward filed an assault report Friday.

Jason Woodward told police last week that his truck was stolen while it was at Wal-Mart.

Miranda Klutts told police Sunday she believes someone broke into her home.

Thomas Osburn told police Friday that his storage unit was burglarized.

Kevin Miles filed a larceny report last week.

Chester Knight told police an extension ladder was stolen last week.

Rocky Kelley spoke with police over the weekend to report a Redbox at Wal-Mart being damaged.

Officers took an attempted burglary report last week at Rose Furniture.

Police took a report about lewd molestation Friday.
