Man charged with indecent exposure

TAHLEQUAH — Prosecutors have charged a local man with three felony counts of indecent exposure.

Christian Anthony Mack, 23, allegedly exposed himself in a public place last month. If convicted, Mack could receive up to 10 years in prison and be fined up to $20,000 for each charge.

Prosecutors say three people, including a professor at Northeastern State University and a second NSU staff member, witnessed the incident and were “offended by such exposure.”

Court documents show authorities from the NSU campus police department investigated the charges against Mack, who is free on an $8,000 bond.
