A Tahlequah man observed drinking vodka while driving near Tahlequah City Hospital was taken into police custody late Saturday night.
Erik A. Cooper, 18, was arrested on complaints of actual physical control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. According to arresting officer’s report, Cooper was found parked at Armstrong Bank on east Downing.
Branden M. Sisco, 30, of Tahlequah, was arrested March 24 for driving while under the influence of alcohol. Sisco’s drivers license was expired, and the vehicle he was driving had expired tags.
Echo D. Killsnight, 31, of Tahlequah, was arrested March 22 for public intoxication and resisting following a welfare check.
Robert J. Mullen, 26, of Tahlequah, was arrested March 24, for panhandling at Walmart.
Nicholas C. Smith, 31, Tahlequah, was arrested March 22 for DUI, felony eluding and other charges after a vehicle pursuit near Keetoowah and College Avenue.
Darian Bruner, 21, Haskell, was arrested March 22 for obstruction for giving a fake name to police during a traffic stop.
Juan M. Morales, 20, Tahlequah, was arrested March 23 for driving under the influence. The arresting officer observed Morales’ red car traveling eastbound on Choctaw veer left into oncoming traffic and almost struck the officer’s police cruiser.
Horace Legier spoke to police March 23 to report his wallet, cell phone and keys missing. Legier told police he was sleeping and woke up to find a known suspect in his bedroom. Legier said the culprit ran out of the house when Legier called out the suspect’s name.
Kevin Rowe filed a theft report March 21. Rowe told police an intruder had broken into his residence and taken several items, including Magnavox DVD player.
Stephanie Jeay spoke to police March 22 to report a VPO violation.
Norma Kirk spoke to police March 22 to report she received harrassing phone calls on several occasions.
Marissa Pair filed a hit-and-run report March 22. Pair told police her vehicle was hit while parked in the Reasor’s parking lot.
Melissa Kimble spoke to police March 20 to report she was bitten by a dog while she walking near W.W. Hastings Hospital.
Alicia Green filed a theft report March 20 to report an unknown suspect stole bicycles from her residence on Leoser Street.
Lisa Cerda spoke to police March 16 to report a suspicious vehicle was observed driving repeatedly by her residence.
Kaysey Crawford told police March 22 that a female subject attempted to hit Crawford’s 6-year-old daughter with a vehicle.
