Theft leads to man’s arrest

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man Saturday for stealing from a business.

Scott A. Reed, 23, of Tahlequah, allegedly admitted to stealing property from Family Video. He was arrested and transported to the Cherokee County Detention Center.

Arron C. Lingo-Wilson, 19, of Tahlequah, was arrested Friday for shoplifting at Walmart.

Corey A. Lowe, 26, of Stilwell, was arrested Sunday for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Officers took a report from Lori Clayton last Wednesday about threats.

Allen Legier reported unauthorized use of a vehicle Friday.

Sarah Aguilar spoke to police Saturday about what was reported as a home invasion.

Louis Baker reported his vehicle being burglarized Friday.

Lanny Williams told police Saturday that a window on his business had been shot out, possibly with a BB or pellet gun.

Police conducted a welfare check Saturday after a woman said her ex-husband was threatening to harm himself. The man agreed to go to a hospital for a voluntary evaluation, according to police.

Dennis Reimer spoke to police Saturday about a vehicle break-in.

Stephanie Stephens reported vandalism to her rental property Saturday.

Donald Burkhart reported the back passenger glass shattered on a truck, and property being stolen.

Larry Flournoy reported medication and money stolen Saturday.

Kimberly Cook said a stolen card Friday had been used at several locations.

Wanda Bolding reported her wallet stolen after it was left at the Subway in Walmart.

Karen Blankenship filed a report on a break-in Friday.

Lance McGregor spoke to police Saturday after an assault. Officers said McGregor was hit in the mouth and suffered injuries, and the suspect left the scene before police arrived.
