A Tahlequah man was sentenced to four years in federal prison Tuesday as part of a conspiracy charge.
David Allen Keys, 44, was also given three years of supervised release to follow his release from prison. His interest in four Tahlequah homes, which were in an area known as “The Hill,” was also forfeited to the U.S., according to U.S. Attorney Mark Green’s office.
Keys was charged after an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Violent Crimes Task Force. Prosecutors alleged Keys conspired with others to distribute crack cocaine in March 2012.
Keys will remain in custody of the U.S. Marshal Service pending transportation to the designated federal prison where he’ll serve his sentence with no chance at parole.
