Man arrested following altercation

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man Wednesday following an altercation. Victor Rackliff, 23, of Tahlequah, was booked for assault and battery.

Amanda E. Goins, 21, of Tahlequah, was arrested Wednesday for outstanding warrants and obstruction.

Officers arrested Frances N. Lamont, 24, of Tahlequah, for driving under the influence Thursday.

Michelle Shelley told police Wednesday that someone threw a rock into the side window on her vehicle.
