Sheriff's Beat: Police arrest two local woman for petit larceny

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested two local women Wednesday for petit larceny.

Lauren Smith, 18, and Mallory Taylor, 19, both of Tahlequah, are accused of shoplifting from Walmart.

Police also arrested Billy D. Anson, 24, of Tahlequah, for shoplifting at Walmart Wednesday.

Jenny French, 33, of Tahlequah, was arrested for shoplifting from Walmart Saturday.

Nick Cheater, 52, of Tahlequah, was arrested Thursday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Linda Torrez filed a report after her house was burglarized. Torrez said money, medication and DVDs were taken.

Tamara Vance reported a domestic assault Wednesday.

Aariel and Daylon Shaw filed an information report Wednesday.

Silvia Gonzales told police she was assaulted Wednesday.
