Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies say a 31-year-old woman kicked and spat at authorities when they tried to arrest her for an assault.

Authorities are investigating after a man’s truck was stolen and apparently set on fire after being crashed.
Cats injured during break-in
Sheriff’s deputies were asked to investigate a burglary after the victims discovered three cats had been fatally injured during the break-in.
