Man arrested after traffic stop Monday

TAHLEQUAH — Tahlequah police arrested a man Monday following a traffic stop near Clayton Drive and Lola Street.

Kevin Jacobs, 29, of Tahlequah, was booked for outstanding warrants out of Cherokee County.

Amber Nevins, 25, of Tahlequah, was arrested Tuesday for shoplifting from Walmart.

Police took an information report Tuesday from Noreen Swank.

Lucille Robertson told police Monday that falling tree branches damaged her vehicle.
